Technology and Control Assignment——Beverage
It should be apparent to you based on what you have learned and as an employee or customer of food and beverage operations that controlling the operation is critical to the financial success of an establishment. While it is critical that people participate in controlling the operation there are a number of technologies currently available to assist managers in this endeavor.
Homework is to engage in publication or internet research to identify a technology that you believe will or that makes a claim to assist managers in controlling their operations. Please identify the specific technology the cost of the technology and the control problem or problems it addresses. Do you think the technology you have identified is likely to be effective and it is worth the investment?
